Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Flowzino is a drag-and-drop platform for building automated workflows that connect triggers, AI agent nodes, conditions, and actions. We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change fees on renewal with at least 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build workflows that violate applicable law or infringe on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the workflows and data you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to operate the Service, including sending workflow data to the AI providers or integrations you configure within a workflow.

AI Agent nodes generate output using third-party AI models based on the instructions and data you provide. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions with real-world consequences.

The Service, including its software, design, and Flowzino trademarks, is owned by Flowzino and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWZINO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within 15 days of notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Jose, CA.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Service. Material changes will take effect 30 days after notice.
